SMHW Rehab was established with a singular purpose: to provide individuals and families in California's Central Valley with access to high-quality, compassionate addiction treatment. Recognizing the growing need for a dedicated treatment center in the Turlock community, our founders set out to create a facility that combined clinical rigor with genuine human care.

Today, our treatment center at 116 W Main St in Turlock serves patients from across the region, offering a full continuum of care — from medically supervised detox through residential treatment, outpatient programs, and aftercare support. Every aspect of our campus has been designed to promote healing, dignity, and lasting recovery.

We believe that addiction is a medical condition, not a moral failing. That belief drives every decision we make — from hiring compassionate clinical staff to creating comfortable living spaces where patients can focus entirely on their recovery.
